Job-One Is Day-Of Coordination
Norma is the day-of coordinator for 4Most Sound. DJ Will can tell you how valuable good day-of coordination is at your wedding. But you don't have to take his word for it. Just read some of the things our former brides have said about Norma's efforts on our Reviews page. There are many moving parts to your wedding and it is of utmost importance that your reception and your whole day goes as planned. If you have hired a wedding planner you are most likely in good hands. If you haven't paid for a wedding planner to schedule your day and make sure everything happens as planned, cross your fingers!
Don't be scared! Most weddings turn out fine. Then again, one small thing goes wrong and--! Norma makes sure that "one small thing" doesn't happen. Before your wedding day arrives, we work with you to fully understand your plan, then we execute it as closely as possible.

A Good Flow Doesn't Just Happen
Your agenda won't just happen. Norma is pro-active and makes things happen as scheduled.
- She meets with your venue manager and other vendors before your wedding and goes over the agenda
- She makes sure all the principals are in the room before every event--The photographer will be ready when it's time to cut the cake.
- She preps everyone for their role--The Best Man and Maid of Honor will know right where to stand when it's time for the toasts.
Wait! Isn't This The Role of the Venue Manager or Maitre d'?
Some venue managers are very hands-on and on top of everything and who welcome us as part of their team. We like working with them. But often the venue manager is happy to be involved up until dinner is served and the plates are cleared. Then they disappear. Then too, we have seen a number of inept managers, management turnovers, and even no-show managers. Further, the venue manager or maitre d' doesn't always have the whole agenda--just the parts that pertain to their domain. They may have no clue about that last-minute dedication or presentation. Someone has to orchestrate that. Not to worry!...Norma is there!
