    Need more information?

We offer you this FAQ page. Here you will find the answers to frequently asked questions. If you still have questions, you are welcome to call us at 215-498-0353 or email us at DJ@4MostSound.com.

Q: Why don't you post your prices on your website?
We don't post our prices because every event is different. We can't quote a price without knowing the particulars about your event. A big wedding will be charged different than a small private party, etc. Also, the day of the week sometimes matters as does the date, the number of systems you need, etc. Best thing to do is to fill out our online form here. We'll respond quickly with a quote!

Q: Do you require a deposit?
Yes we do. We usually require a deposit when you return the contract. This will reserve your date with us. That deposit will be applied toward the final fee.

Q: Is setup and tear down time included with your fee?
We do not charge for the time it takes to set up and tear down. Nor do we charge extra for things like reasonable mileage, donning the tux, or a wireless microphone. We don't believe in nickel-and-diming our clients to death.

Q: Can we choose the music to be played at our event?
Yes, you are welcome to manage the play lists however you want. Though you are permitted to pick every song you want to hear at your wedding, we'll suggest in the consultation a more efficient way of choosing your music. In fact, we'll talk at length about your music selections and various other options (there is more to it than just a list of songs). Our philosophy is "You're the boss, Boss!" We're there to facilitate your wedding, not control it.

Q: Can we make specific requests?
Of course you can! Let us know ahead of time and we'll make every effort to have your requests available before hand. Your guests can always offer requests on the spot as well.

Q: Can we have a "DO NOT PLAY" list?
You bet! If you tell us, "Please Mr., please...Don't play B-17..." we won't play it. (This might be an obscure reference. If you don't know the song, click the link!)

Q: Should we feed the DJ?
Thank you for the offer, but we will graciously decline in most cases. For one thing, we want to stay in character. For another, if you are paying $50 a head for a catered affair (like at a wedding), we think it is outrageous for you to be charged for the DJ when he is supposed to be working for you! Even if it is a small affair with pretzels and Kool-Aid, the DJ is being paid to work, not eat.

Q: Is a gratuity expected in addition to the performance fee?
Absolutely not! Instead, we put a tip jar at every table at your wedding reception. Just kidding! The biggest tip you can offer is to recommend us to your friends.

Q: Should we expect you to act like a cornball at our event?
No way! Some DJs are cornballs, but we like to play it more conservatively. That's just our style.

Q: Will you be dressed in a T-shirt, droopy drawers, sunglasses, and have your hat on backwards at our $1,000,000 wedding?
No, we will dress appropriately for your event. That means a custom-tailored tux for your wedding. However, if you are having a luau and you want us to wear a Hawiian shirt and Bahama hat, we can do that at your request. ...or a costume at your Halloween party, or clamdiggers and Huarache sandals at your beach party.

    You're the boss, Boss!

In short, this is your affair and 4Most Sound is working for you. We want your event to be a success because if it is successful, we consider ourselves to have been successful. Therefore, you are welcome to suggest how we might accomodate you and your event.

Please call 4Most Sound for your DJ entertainment. You can reach us at 215-498-0353 or email us at DJ@4MostSound.com. Or make it easy on yourself by submitting a request here. We will be very happy to help make your event memorable.
