There are several reasons why we don't post a link to this page. For one, there are many, many charities out there and we cannot possibly oblige them all. We would end up turning down far more opportunities than we could possibly accept. Therefore, we don't post a link for this page. For another reason, we can't fill our time doing charity events. After all, 4Most Sound is a for-profit commercial interest, so we have to pick and choose who we will support.

You Scratch Our Backs And...
Provide us with a few simple considerations in return and we'll perform at your event providing the music and announcements, at a very reduced rate. Before we agree to work your event, however, we ask for the following:
- A legitimate charity --Priority is for registered 501(c)(3) non-profit charities, but we will consider other situations, like a "beef & beer" for a family who was suddenly hit with high unexpected medical bills, etc.
- A contract -- There is nothing tricky with our contract. It is just a means to protect ourselves and to make sure there is no misunderstanding in what is expected.
- A thank you letter -- We request a thank you note, preferably on letterhead, within 10 days after your event.
- An evaluation form -- We request you return a completed evaluation form within 10 days after your event. Tell us what we did right and tell us where we can improve.
- A turn out of at least 100 people -- Ok...the 100 people is negotiable. But one reason we are making this offer is for exposure. We would rather 100 people saw us out and about than, say, 10.
- Billing on your flyers and website -- If you are printing flyers for your event, we ask, instead of just saying you will be having a DJ, that you name 4Most Sound as your DJ entertainment and include a link to our site. Also, please include the same on your website with a link back to www.4MostSound.com.
- A location not too distant -- Our preference is for events in and around Kent County although we may consider other nearby locations as well.
- Considerate treatment -- We request that you treat us as team members and professionals. Just because we are offering a service at a reduced rate does not mean we are wannabes, fly-by-night, newbies, or hobbyists trying to get experience. You will get the same treatment from us that our wedding clients get. That's just how we roll. Please treat us with similar respect.
- Consideration for future paying gigs -- We request that you remember us if you or anyone you know is having an event in the future where the paid services of a professional DJ will be needed. You are NOT obligated to hire us for a future event. Just take our business card and keep us in mind if you or anyone you know is planning a party, wedding, or other event where the paid services of a professional DJ will be required.
A Few Caveats...
*Please understand we cannot meet every need. The availability is for near-term dates. In other words, we won't accept a booking for an event 6 months ahead of time. We will only accept bookings that are, at the most, about a month (give or take) in advance. During the wedding season, Friday nights are more available than Saturdays.
*Also, the offer does not extend to lighting, special effects, props, etc. We are only offering music and announcements unless otherwise stated.
*It's our policy to skip a year before doing the same event for the same organization. This is because, in the past, we've been put in the awkward position of being expected to do the same event on a yearly basis. But we like to spread the love around.
*Finally we retain the right to refuse any opportunity presented because of distance, timing, suitability, etc.
*Also, the offer does not extend to lighting, special effects, props, etc. We are only offering music and announcements unless otherwise stated.
