Will was amazing to work with during the planning process right up to the day of the event. And Norma was a huge help during the event giving me a heads up as different things were going to happen throughout the night. During the planning I was stuck on some song choices and had a few requests for special songs. Will was always very quick to respond to my emails and jumped right on the tasks. He sent me song suggestions and searched for all the special songs I'd asked him to find. We also got the monogram lighting through him and was very pleased with how it turned out. Will goes out of his way to make sure your day runs smoothly. He even calls your other vendors so everyone is on the same page and takes the time to visit your venue before the big day so there are no surprises the day of. One of my friends was dropping off about 40 pumpkins (my aisle decorations) at the venue when Will happened to be there doing his walk-through.
