At 4Most Sound, we dont just bring you music. Anyone can do that. We bring you the results you want for your reception. To that end, we do the following for you:
No-obligation initial consultation First, we offer you a no-obligation initial consultation at which we will learn your vision for your wedding.
Planning workbook and sessions We will give you our 28-page Ceremony/Reception Planning Workbook. In this very detailed workbook, exclusive to our clients, we ask you everything about your plans for your wedding day. Eventually, this booklet becomes our instruction book for your wedding. Many of our clients find this booklet very helpful as it asks questions they had never considered.
Attentive service We listen to your needs, learn your style, and respond accordingly. Need special music we don't have?...We can probably get it for you. Last minute changes? We'll accomodate you the best we can.
Communication We stay in constant communication with you, through face-to-face meetings, email, or telephone. We are here and ready to respond to your concerns or last minute changes.
Coordination with your other vendors We will do a site survey at your venue ahead of time, and will call your other vendors before hand and will coordinate our efforts with theirs.
Time We will typically put in 10 to 20 hours of time before your wedding in preparation. We spend this time coordinating with your other vendors, finding your special music, preparing your agenda to your specifications, and practicing everything.
Day-of service On the day of your wedding, we will arrive in plenty of time to set up and do a sound check before your first guest arrives. We will greet you and your wedding party as you arrive and prepare you for the introductions which will begin the formal celebration. We'll interact with your guests and announce your events with the proper decorum according to your style. We will step through the agenda you approved and will coordinate each event with your other wedding vendors to ensure a flawless reception. We will stay in constant communication with you and will handle every unforeseen nuance in a calm and adept manner.
